Unboxing a video of the order is mandatory if the customer wants hassle-free returns.

We offer a free return period of 5 Days post delivery of the order subject to terms & conditions.

We provide a one-time free return on order and the customer has the option to return the complete order or specific product from the order. Once a free return is availed on an older post that if the customer wants to return any product from that specific order on which a free return is availed then the customer has to pay a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The return should be in original packaging, unused, and all tags, if any, should be there.

Once the return is picked up & received, a refund will be processed within 5 days in the customer’s original Mode Of payment source.
